Aisha is a 40.8-metre custom motor yacht delivered by Anadolu Shipyard in 2026. The yacht represents a move into bespoke superyacht construction for a Turkish yard better known for complex commercial vessels and naval shipbuilding programmes.
Built entirely in aluminium, Aisha combines substantial interior volume with a raised-pilothouse profile, family-focused accommodation and a reported maximum speed of 19 knots.
Aisha's exterior and interior were developed by Red Yacht Design. Naval architecture and engineering were undertaken with Notilus Engineering, while Eureka Yachts provided project management and represented the owner's interests during the construction programme.
The yacht has a length overall of 40.8 metres and a beam of approximately 9.1 metres. Her broad proportions provide substantial accommodation and social spaces while the all-aluminium construction helps control displacement and supports her comparatively strong performance.
Aisha accommodates up to ten guests. The full-beam owner's suite is situated on the main deck and includes private office space and separate bathroom areas.
The lower-deck guest accommodation includes two double cabins and two convertible twin cabins with additional Pullman berths. Crew accommodation is provided for up to eight.
The main saloon covers approximately 60 square metres and incorporates a large seating area, a breakfast or games table and a bar. A tilting window connects the saloon visually with the galley, supporting the yacht's informal family-cruising layout.
Power is provided by two MAN diesel engines, each rated at approximately 1,450 horsepower. Red Yacht Design reports a maximum speed of 19 knots and an operating range of approximately 1,500 nautical miles.
These figures position Aisha as a fast family motor yacht rather than a long-range expedition vessel. Her design is intended to combine generous accommodation with efficient movement between Mediterranean cruising destinations.
Aisha applies Anadolu Shipyard's commercial and naval construction experience to a private yacht developed by a specialist design, engineering and management team.
The project demonstrates how established shipbuilding infrastructure, systems-integration experience and naval construction disciplines can support a bespoke yacht when combined with yacht-specific design and owner representation.
Aisha was launched in March 2026 and delivered later in 2026. She provides Anadolu Shipyard with a completed reference yacht in the competitive custom market around 40 metres.

Indicative SYG estimate. Value basis: Length-and-age model using length. Central annual OPEX uses the established 14% of estimated yacht value fallback, adjusted for yacht age where available. Low and high cases reflect utilisation, condition, crewing, fuel, berthing and maintenance uncertainty. Capital reserve is shown separately from routine OPEX.
